Yesterday was our farm’s official second anniversary with Organic Valley Family of Farms. We have been very happy that we made the switch to organic and found a home for our product with Organic Valley. Organic Valley is truly a family of farms. We feel like we are part of a large network of families who are their to support each other through the good times and the bad. This past year has been very tough for all dairy families, even organic. Many of our conventional dairy friends had to sell their product on the open market well below the cost of production. OV producers banded together and came up with a positive plan that provided our customers with wholesome products while ensuring that the farmers were still receiving a living wage.
All of this would not be possible without the support of our customers. Thank you to everyone who buys Organic Valley and Organic Prairie products. Your support means a lot to us.
To help us celebrate, Organic Valley is giving a lucky reader a gift package of Organic Valley items. The package includes: Organic Valley tote bag, an Organic Valley baseball cap and an Organic Valley bandana. We are also going to stuff the bag full of coupons. If the lucky winner lives in our area, you will be able to take a personal tour of our farm and meet the amazing cows that produce your wholesome milk.
So how do you win? You need to tell us in 50 words of less why you love Organic Valley Family of Farms products. The winning entry will be based on creativity and dedication to the product.
