Dairy Makes Sense for Your Health Resolution

It is that time of year again where almost everyone is making resolutions. My friends who work out at gyms hate this time of year, because gyms are full and the prized equipment always has a waiting line. Since it is already the third day of the year, most of us have already failed and those lines at the gym are getting shorter. But why set yourself up for failure. If your resolution is to get healthier, including more dairy makes sense.

Dairy is very economical and packed with nine essential nutrients. View this video produced by the Midwest Dairy Council. The video highlights the health benefits of dairy, plus gives you some easy, yummy and nutritional breakfast, lunch and snack ideas. I am going to be trying the fruit dip this week!
