Happy Heart Health Month!! February is Heart Health Awareness Month. Did you know that heart disease is the number one killer in the United States? And it kills more women each year than the next four death causes (including all forms of cancer). Every 39 seconds someone dies of heart disease. These facts are scary, but the American Heart Association has given you seven simple steps to lead you to a heart healthy lifestyle. Included in those steps is including low-fat dairy in your diet.
